hi everyone,

i am using kerio 2.2.1 Build 2435 with SPA504 phones.
and all the phones show the current time as 10:00A or 10:00P i was wondering how i can change this to 10:00 and 22:00.
i am guessing i need to change it in the override section? but i have no clue on what kind of command i should add/edit.

thanks in advance!

Hi,

you can try to add the following line under the <flat-profile> section.

<Time_Format>24hr</Time_Format>

Not really, I usually do it this way.

I open the phone's administration and search the field I want to change. After I learn how the field is called, I open http://IP/admin/spacfg.xml and seek for the property there.

You are probably looking for <Date_Format>month/day</Date_Format>.

thanks again filip,
i changed the date and the backlite timer thisway and it works like a charm:)

last question! i hope(A)

i have been experementing with the extention code`s for a bit but cant get the following to work.

the customer wants to have a button to pick up any incoming call without having to take over a Extention.
Basicly **All
but i couldnt find that option.

so i am creating a group for each user and i am adding user 9999 (all calls)

now i want to add that user to line 4 on the phones.

any thoughts on how to do that?
i am afraid i have to do it Per phone since i cant register 1 extention on 25 phones (using the exact same login)

I don't think I totally understand what you are trying to accomplish.

To pickup up any ringing call you can use call pickup rooms. Basically you define a group of extensions and then any extension within the group can pick a ringing call by dialing *8 (pbx service).

To assign the *8 code to a specific phone button you will have to write some if-conditions to the template overrides. See < http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/phone-provisionin g/editing-provisioning-templates-1532.html>.

filip,

i found what i was looking for.
could just add the other account to the phone in the webinterface..

sadly what i was planning wont work since i wont have enough Licence extentions.

in short,

lets say we have 5 users

user1
user2
user3
user4
user5

all users have there own individual telephone number.
and they are far away so they cant see eachothers phone`s.

but still i want user 5 to know when any other user is being called.
he does not have to see wich extension as long as he knows that there is a incoming call and he is able to pick it up.

i just made a simple ringing group and added all users but i was unable to pick up the call with *8

edit*
made the wrong room/group
fixed now
thanks!
