A user used to have info as their primary mailbox and also open three other mailboxes. When the sent an item from one of the other mailboxes 'George' it was received as coming from 'George' and not info. We have recently upgraded to the latest Kerio and configured delegate rights so that info is delegated access to Georges mailbox. Now when info sends an email from George it appears to incorrectly come from info instead. Is there any way to revert?

Hi. Are we the only ones that would like to send an email from a secondary account and have the email send from the secondary account and not the primary one? BTW this was workign fine on the old version of Kerio pre delegation.

Hello,

As you're aware, sharing & delegation changed significantly in Kerio Connect 8.2 - this KnowledgeBase article demonstrates the sending options that are now available:

http://kb.kerio.com/1493

So you can use the second person's email address, but it will be prefaced with "[your account] On behalf of".

Best wishes,

Neil.
