I just finished a very large install and for the most part, went very well.

Course now that I'm done, they are asking me for features which of course don't exist yet ... Smile

1) Ability for a manager to listen in on a call (for training purposes).
2) Ability for a manager to speak to the trainee, without the remote party hearing it.

Pretty cool features, obviously geared towards a call center, but pretty cool.

Hi Nhoague,

These are good feature requests. Best place to list them is via the WebAdmin in Kerio Operator. If you login with the WebAdmin there is a button 'Suggest Idea', use that to list feature requests as the developers check the feedback website on a regular basis.

Plus once you list them other Kerio Operator admins/users can then vote for these features.

All the best,
VIcky
