I know we can preserve caller ID when using a SIP setup that way when calls come in and get forwarded the caller ID shows up from the originating number.

To my surprise, this option is not available when using PRI? Wihy? I can obviously define a caller ID for the extension when dialing out?

Thanks!

It's not implemented, I don't even know if it is possible.

Unfortunately, the customers old NEC box did this. He was quite surprised that I couldnt do it with Operator. Luckily they are ultimately moving to SIP at the end of the month.
