One of our users is getting a daily message in his inbox titled "LocalFreebusy" with no sender. I can't seem to find it in the server log. Is this Outlook related or has something to do with the Kerio server?

User has Outlook 2010 with KOC, Server is KC 8.2 on Windows 2003 server.

Thanks for suggestions.

Hi Joapalmer,

Have you tried looking at the source of the email? The eml source might give you more information on where its coming from but the email 'LocalFreebusy' is not a system message from Kerio. If you can see the email in WebMail you can follow this KB article to view the eml source:

http://kb.kerio.com/342

I hope this helps,
Vicky
