Since this week I am experiencing problems when adding CalDAV accounts to new computers. Tried it through the Kerio Connect assistant installer, through Internet Accounts and through the Calendar app on the Mac. Error message is:

"Your calendar account isn't on a server that can receive your calendar information securely. If a server isn't secure, others may be able to view your calendar information. To continue searching for your account on servers that may not be secure, and then set up the account if it's found, click Continue"

When clicking continue, the error keeps popping up. When clicking cancel I get "A secure connection couldn't be established"

Any idea?

In Kerio Connect Admin console, under Configuration->Services, make sure that "Secure HTTP" (HTTPS) service is running and verify that the ports it is listening on include 443.

On the client workstation running the CalDAV account, make sure that there is no blocking or filtering of TCP port 443. You may test this by using the Internet browser to connect to the URL https://{your server name or IP address}. You should get the Webmail login page.

Both are set up properly, for some users I can set it up, for other I can't.

Do I need to delete the server certificate on the user machine and try again?

Yes, you can try deleting and reloading the Kerio Connect self-signed certificate on those workstations having the problem.

From one of the client workstation having the problem, can you load the Webmail login page (https://{server name or IP address})? What happens if you disable SSL in the CalDAV account setup (Calendar->Preferences)?

Tried disabling the SSL on Calendar, didn't work. I'll remove the certificate and set up the account again.

Thnx!
