Situation.

I'm still trying and testing this Kerio Connect, using Web GUI only.

I've created 4 users with the admin GUI.
USER1
USER2
USER3
USER4

When in the client mail GUI USER1 goes to the contacts, he/she can see the Contacts in the Public Folders.

Now with the Admin, I gave USER1 the right to edit the public contacts.
So for example, USER1 goes to the Public Folders Contacts and select USER2.
The only information about USER2 is: Other user2<_at_>domain.com
On the upper right there's now the 'edit' button available.

After adding, let's say 2 email addresses (Home and Work) after a while suddenly
two USER2 are listed under the Public Folders Contacts.

The first USER2 is the user with the additional emails, but the original user2<_at_>domain.com added as well. Thus 3 emails in total.
While the second USER2 still has only the Other user2<_at_>domain.com email listed.

Any idea how to edit users without them being doubled?

I suspect that some client (not Kerio Connect client) duplicates the contacts. Is there any CardDAV, Kerio Outlook Connector or Exchange ActiveSync client, which has read-write access to that public contact folder?

Also, enable debug messages for GAL synchronization in the debug log.
