I have two problems, that I need your help do solve:
1 - Can you please tell me how can I sync the Kerio Email accounts with Outlook 2013 without being using Kerio Offline Connector?
I'm asking this, because if I have configured some accounts by IMAP and the calendar only appears as read only mode.
2 - I have configured also two accounts with Kerio Offline Connector, in Outlook 2013 and in Outlook 2010, and when I change between the Mail and Calendar, the PC gives me a message that "Outlook is not responding". If I try make a search i get the same response "Outlook is not Response" and the computer just simple stop. With this solution it's not possible to work. Can you tell me if someone have the same problem, or how could I solve this?

It is my understanding that you must use the off line connector with version of Outlook past 2010. I'd recommend stopping OutLook, emptying the Kerio cache, then restarting OutLook. Tell the user DO NOT do anything at all until the cache re-synchronization is complete. The length of time it will take depends greatly on how much mail, how many appointments, etc..
If the resync takes a very long time, you might want to check for hardware trouble -- a failing hard drive, memory constraints, etc.
The best (but hardest) solution is to abandon OutLook in favor of eMClient (http://emclient.com). It supports connections & synch with Kerio Connect very well, and for most people is superior option to standard OutLook, unless you've got mission-critical OutLook plugins.
