Both windows and mac users are having incoming mail stop until they restart that client. At which time all mail arrives normally

Server is Kerio 8.2.2 (2224) on a VMware instance running Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.7 (Tika) We have used 1.9 Tb of our 5Tb disk

The mac is a MacBook Pro 15 inch OSX 10.9.1

The two windows machines are desktops running Win 7 and outlook 2010

In each case incoming mail stops arriving. Kerio webmail client shows the mail arriving as expected. In each case we close the mail client and restart the mail client and the mail arrives.

Does any one have a suggestion of what to look at?

Thanks

Note we have had Kerio for 2 years and this problem has just started recently.

I have noticed the same problem with our Mac OS X clients. I'm not sure about Windows clients as we primarily support Macintosh clients.

Hi,

BUMP ! Same problem here with ubuntu Ubuntu 12.04, x86_64
Kerio : 8.2.0 (1957)
With Outlook 2010 clients (Windows 7 64bit) and outlook 2007 clients (XP).
iPhones are receiving the mails normally.

Thus customer already complains ... did someone already create a support ticket to address this topic?

Best regards,
Jean-Luc Boss
