Since I upgraded to Maverick, I can not get shared calendars to be published in Outlook. Before, I could add shared calendars, that I have defined permissions for, in the left column by "open calendar". Everything looks like before, but the calendars will not show up. The function of the shared calendars still work on our iOS clients ...

Is there any clever person here who can help me out ...?!?

Shared calendars and mailboxes should be added only as "Other mailbox" in Kerio Outlook Connector account: http://manuals.kerio.com/kmsug/en/sect-koffolders.html#sect- koffolshared

Let's suppose you are using Outlook 2011 on Mac. If you upgraded to Maverick on you client PC, there should be no relation to the Outlook functionality. We have no problems with shared calendars reported with current product version (Connect 8.2.2, Outlook 14.3.9).
Please enable logging (http://kb.kerio.com/article.php?id=1053) and try to reconnect shared folder. Then send captured logs. Thanks
