I assume that spammers are using our domain name, and these emails are bounces. The To address is clearly a spam address (i.e. WalkinTub<_at_>samefly.me) and the status is "4.4.1 Cannot connect to remote host". I assume the From is <> because the address doesn't exist in our domain.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I currently have to check every day and remove the messages from the queue.

<> as the From address indicates that it is an auto-reply from the Kerio Connect system. This is likely a bounced reply from Kerio Connect to the original sender email address, which as you suspect could be a fake one

Is there a way to have these automatically delete from the queue? Or never get to the queue?

I think is possible that one or more accounts in your server were compromised and used to send spam emails. When those emails failed to be delivered to the remote recipient due to blacklisting of the Kerio Connect public IP address, the Kerio automated DSN could not be delivered to the fake From (Reply-To) address and then they remain in the queue with <> as the From address.

There is no automated way to remove them from the message queue. You can try the "Remove Messages" button.

Once the compromised accounts are identified and their password changed or accounts are disabled then no more of those messages to invalid addresses will make it into the queue.
