hi everyone,

we have a netwerk with several SPA504 phones and ofc a kerio operator.
i have setup some override template rules and everything works fine,

but, the phones keep rebooting at random times:(
any one any idea on how i counter this?

nobody changes anything on the phones, so it is not a issue of out of date confuration.

any thoughts?

Hi,

it is really hard to say. As far as I could find, these phones reboot on several occasions.

a) when a DHCP lease expires,
b) after a provisioning request if the configuration has changed,
c) after a provisioning request if the configuration contains the same entry more times

Perhaps you will get better answers on the cisco support forum.

You could enable the debug messages for Phone provisioning and Asterisk in the debug log and then look for anything suspicious around the time the phone reboots.
