Hi all,
long time i've been searching without any answer,
almost whole time i have Kerio installed im getting every day at 6:10AM this stupid warning:

[15/Jan/2014 06:10:22] License update failed: Automatic license update failed. User interaction is required by registration server

as well as on server reboot. Version 8.2.2 on virtual appliance.
I've tryied re-register via wizzard, succesfull, warning persist every day...

Control has internet access without any limitations...

Hello, how im able to contact technical support when i dont want to provide my credit card number on ticket creation? Seems to be licencing problem and i dont want to provide any payment details.

Hi Viki,

You don't need to provide credit card details to submit a support incident.

You have 2 support incidents per year of subscription.

If it's a problem on Kerio side the freebies won't be discounted.

Also if you already ran out of freebies and the issue is on Kerio side you won't have to pay anything.
