We use Kerio Connect 8.0.2 with 20 user. Usually it runs just fine, but every couple of days the users complain the mail is getting unbearably slow. If I check the mail server, I see process mailserver.exe is using 80% CPU and more. When I restart the server, it goes down again to 10% or so, and the mail is usable again.

Most users receive about 100 to 200 mails a day, and send probably the same amount, but most days that's no problem. What could cause the peaks in CPU usage after a day or so?

Hi ableeker

You don't mention which platform you have Connect running on. also, you're on an older edition of Connect, currently this is at 8.2.2 so you should consider upgrading as well.

If you still have problems then consider raising a support ticket directly as we investigate this for you.

I hope this helps.

Hi Mark!

We are using Kerio Connect 8.2.2 on Cent OS 6.5 and we are experiencing the similar issue. Can you please inform me how to raise a support ticket?

Thank you in advance on your reply and best regards.
