Hi All,

We are using exchange server for email and kerio control for firewall. Recently, few emails from outside clients are getting blocked by kerio with error messages

"Kerio Control was unable to deliver message. Remote server's reply:
550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted Message headers follow:

But other emails coming from external sources are just fine. Any suggestions?? Thank You.

Are you certain those are external emails, or do you have the SMTP Relay feature setup improperly?

Control can/will originate emails on its own based on certain events.

I also use Exchange Server behind Control, but have never seen Control actively block any SMTP exchanges. Furthermore, that SMTP error suggests that was a send operation (Remote server's reply), not a receive. Perhaps check where Control was trying to send the message.
