http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/server-configurat ion-kerio-operator/configuring-backups-in-kerio-operator-147 8.html

Hi,

Step 3 of the FTP dirs in the above doc says to enter an FTP username & password if necessary.

But there are no fields in which to enter the username & password. Does this info need to be entered as part of the url?

Thanks,

ft.

FTP hostname (with the username and hostname) can be configured in Configuration - Intergration - tab Remote Storage. The FTP directory is configurable in the Remote Storage usage (Configuration - Advanced Options - tab Backup and Recovery OR Status - Recorded Calls - Settings...).

OK. I am on 2.2.1 and there is no field to enter username or password in either location.

I will update to 2.2.2 in the near future and I assume it will be there.

Thanks,

ft.

Apologies... just re-read your message and realized I was looking for the username/password box in the wrong dialog box.
I think I have it now!
Sorry to waste your time.
Cheers,
ft.
