Hi, i'm new to kerio and i have a simple situation. I disabled some accounts which are inactive, but i want when someone send a mail to one of these account(it returns a message which say "no such account ....") to redirect the main email to office mailbox for example. As i made some searches i found that there is such option but it is ONLY for delivering to another domain.... Can someone help me?

Hello Vladata, and welcome to the Kerio forums!

Rather than disable the account, you can delete it. Then you will have the option to either simply retain the user's mailbox (In case you need to reactivate it again), or move it to another user's Inbox. Or you can simply delete the old data. So there are options for you there; but you will then be able to add the deleted user's email address(es) to another user's account.

I hope that helps.

Best regards,
