I've got a problem with 3 galaxy tab 2's running 4.2.2.

The 3 users created all have the same androidc-######## deviceid tag which seems to be causing problems with sync conflicting and the stock email client not showing emails correctly.

I've checked in their #sync folders and all have the same filename containing the same device id details in it.

I've tried removing the mobile device from kerio and the device, but when its recreated, it reassigns the same deviceid. I'm at a loss here, any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it is a problem. Client identification is supposed to be unique in Exchange ActiveSync. Do you have stock firmware on Galaxy tablets?

no, we are using a stripped down custom cyanogenmod.
I thought the devices might have the same android_id/serial numbers, but they are different.

Use stock firmware then. That is the solution.
