Sorry , only one question.

Kerio Control ,NIC 1, Internet via Fritzbox 7170 ( POT ) 8000/768kbs. ADSL ( slow ).
Is it possible to make a combination ( seperat NIC 2 ), with a second Internetline VDSL - Router 20000/4000kbs.

You can add the second interface (VDSL Internetline) as a second Internet interface, in load balancing mode. Since this second interfa e has more bandwidth you can give it preference by assigning more weight to it.


Instead of load balancing, you can also use policy routing to define interface preference when routing outbound traffic:
