I need to move one users email from a Mac based Connect server, v7.4.1 to a Windows 2000 base Connect server, v 7.3.3

Can this be done? Is it as simple as zipping the mail store and moving it to the new server, setting permissions? Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Thanks.

Hi Len,

Stop Kerio Connect on the the Mac server.

Navigate to the mail store and locate the user's folder. Zip it and copy to the new server store, and unzip. (Once it has been zipped you can restart Kerio Connect.)

Then create the user with exactly the same username as before, and it should link to the mail folder that you have copied over.

I hope that helps.

All the best,

Neil.

Neil,
