We moved our physical hardware to virtual hardware by doing Kerio's backup and kmsrestore function using the same Kerio Connect version 8.0.2 build 1117.

The problem we are having is with existing users if they create a new Outlook profile or remove their current working kerio outlook connector profile and create a new one. They get an error message unable to open default email folder. Webmail works fine and existing versions of the outlook connector work but soon as a new profile or setup is done the error message occurs.

As a test a created a new user and the outlook connector profile works correctly. So it only occurs with existing users.

Hi Evanssean and welcome the Forums!

I'd suggest removing the affected user's __keroimapi__STORE folder in the root of their mailbox on the new Store. You need to do this with the server STOPPED!

Once deleted, start connect and then clear the cache on the connector. try this and if its still causing an issue, I would raise a support ticket with us to investigate further.

I hope this helps!
