Hi!

Just a short question here for you!
We're sending out automated eMails - invoices. One eMail is beeing created and sent to the customer eMail address and in bcc to a shared folder within our kerio - archiv reasons. Normally this works very well but we've got one customer where it doesn't. So that's why my thoughts are that there is something wrong with the costomers mailserver. Here's the (cleaned) message I got back:

Von: Mail Delivery Subsystem [mailto:postmaster<_at_>mailserver.mycompany.de]
Gesendet: Mittwoch, 29. Januar 2014 16:52
Betreff: Zurückgeschickte Mail: Some nice topic

Ihre Nachricht hat einige oder alle Empfänger nicht erreicht.

    Betreff: Some nice topic
    Gesendet am: 29.01.2014 16:52

Folgende Empfänger konnten nicht erreicht werden:

    office<_at_>customercompany.de am 29.01.2014 16:52
customercompany.de: 530 Relaying not allowed - BCC recipient (local-shared-mailfolder<_at_>mycompany.de) is not local

And here's the logfile from our kerio:

I think that the bcc somehow reaches the destination mailserver and - for whatever reasons (mis-configuration?!) it tries to hand that BCC.
The message itself was delivered to our local archiv folder .

Ideas on this?!

Enable SMTP-CLient in the debug log, this way you get the communication to the remote server. SMTP-Server could be interesting to check communication between the mail client and your server.
