Hello. I have installed a trial version of the latest Kerio Connect on a Mac server. I am trying to use the Kerio Exchange Migration Tool to migrate several accounts as a test. Exchange server is 2007. Running the Migration tool on a separate PC running Outlook 2007 SP3. It seems to allow me to log into the Exchange Host and then the Kerio Host. The "select users" screen appears and then a Windows "Connect to" screen pops up asking to connect to the Exchange Server again. No users in the list. I entered the same Administrator account and password as I did when it asked to log into the Exchange host at the beginning of the process. It stalls for a few seconds and asks again. In addition to the primary admin, I've tried with two other admin accounts and made sure the accounts are listed as Exchange Organization Admins group on the server.

Unfortunately, I'm not an Exchange expert (that's why I want to move this account to Kerio). Any advice?

Thanks!

It seems that the administrator account you are using have privilege to list user mailboxes, but can't access them.
