It's been a few years since Microsoft released the MAPI documentation.

Does anyone know if there are plans to get rid of the Outlook connectors and offer a "native Exchange" connection so our Windows users don't have to install software on their own machines?

A number of our Windows users have needed to delete and rebuild the local Db used by the connector. The connector is also very resource hungry, especially how it generates disk activity on large mailboxes.
