Hello, I have a question. Our computers use the proxy setting to access the Internet. Now the users, they often get a login window from Outlook, which wants to connect to the Internet Hosted Exchgange server and the connection does not come to conditions geklagen. Only after one has joined in the browser with the Internet and has confirmed its credentials from the proxy works again Outlook. Can Kerio Control set so that Outlook does not have to log in to the proxy, but an exception is directly selected by himself, as for example, the Windows Update.

Under the "Content Filter"->"Content Rules" section, you should be able to create a rule that ignores authentication to a particular URI. That should allow your Outlook clients to skip authentication. All other URIs will require authentication.
