Hi,

I have a situation whereby I access my email from several physical locations. i.e. 3 different PCs/Laptops, iPad, iPhone, etc. Although I'm very familiar with setting up email rules in Outlook/Exchange, I have a question regarding Kerio Connect.

In Exchange I can set up my Email Rules as "Server Side" rules, meaning that they will run before I log in with my Outlook client. The end game being that I only have to set up the rules once and not for each client. What's more if I access my email from my laptop or my PC, my emails are moved according to my rules.

So... Is there a way in Kerio Connect to achieve the same end goal please?

Regards,
Steve B

Hello Steve,

If you set up the filters in Kerio Connect Client (New webmail) under the Settings->Filters menu (Top Right of screen); those should propagate to any clients that you are using.

I hope that helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

Hi Neil,

Thanks for the prompt response.
That sounds like a plan.
I'll try this afternoon and let you know the outcome.

Hi Neil,

Although nowhere near as feature rich as other "rules systems", that does help.
Many thanks.
