Speed issues with MS Outlook and Kerio has always seemed to be an issue for my users and we could never narrow it down to any specific reason.

Be it jumping between folders and getting the MS Outlook "Not Responding" message at the top of the page - until it eventually grey's out, to folders just taking an age to show their content its a continuing frustration.

However with a number of our users now switched to MS Office 2013 in the last few months we have had an increased number report to us the MS Office is detecting an add-in problem with the Kerio Outlook Connector.

We have had this from users at a number of out locations and other users working from home. MS Outlook displays a pop-up on the screen (see attached) - this error normally relates to KOC causing Outlook to perform slowly and it asks for it to be disable.!

Can you help?

Kerio Server is running on VM Appliance, Version - 8.2.2 (2224) - with 280 users licensed (around 220 live) - RAM & CPU utilization never really pushed to any degree.

Anything you can think of would help - my users are getting very frustrated.

Thanks
Matt
