Hello,

I have an issue with an operator installation.

Every recorded voice mail come truncated. For example, a 2 minutes recorded voice mail become a wav file of 5 seconds.

I see that, when it arrive, it create this warning message in log file :

[15/Feb/2014 07:04:35] asterisk[1613]: WARNING[17945]: app.c:860 in __ast_play_and_record: No audio available on SIP/i-3Starsnet-outbound-00000dd2??

Update to Kerio Operator 2.2.3 doesn't resolve this issue.

Can you help me ?

Thanks in advance,
Amaury

Hi,

If you receive the call on a phone, do you hear the audio from the other side? Are you using voicemail/e-mail integration or send the voicemail over SMTP?

Amaury,
Strange question maybe. But how about your disc space?
Do you have enough space?

Can you enable the Asterisk messages in Operator's debug log and leave the voicemail? After that, please send the relevant part of the debug log to me along with the support info file downloaded from the System Health screen.
