There is 1 user who connects to our server via webmail and his session keeps expiring after a few minutes, even though the setting on the server is for 1 hour. Wondering if anyone can suggest a solution?
thanks

Hello Beachmat,

Is the user on your LAN or logging in from outside?

Things to check locally would be power saver/energy saver settings on the PC, anything which could cause the PC to power down and drop a network connection.

See if there is anything in the Security log regarding the client changing IP address.

If those are all OK it would be worth turning on debug logging for Kerio Connect Client.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.
