Running Kerio Connect 8.2.2 on Mac OS X Server 10.6.8.

Public and private contacts show up correctly in Kerio Client:

matching the account to either Mac OS X (Addressbook) or iOS (7, several iPhones/iPads tested) with CardDAV (Settings as follows:)

No matter whether the configuration is automatically installed from the wizard or manually (in this case), the private contacts are delivered, but none of the public entries:

Most illogical: this is true for one of my customers installs. Having the same environment (10.6.8 Server, KC 8.2.2) running myself everything works fine. I already checked the config-files, no firewalls enabled, ... any idea to solve this issue would be great.

best regards Stefan

Please check the "Folders to sync" setting in the Kerio Connect client so it includes public contact folder in the list of folders for CardDAV synchronization.

Hi there.

Have you attempted using the 'intergration with mac' account assistant in Kerio webmail to config your Apple Addressbook/contacts client? Delete the existing accounts and then use our assistant.

if you still have a problem, you may need to raise a support ticket.

I hope this helps.
