A client of mine has been complaining that occasionally her emails get truncated when they are sent. This morning's details, however, lead me to believe that something may be sending a previously auto-saved draft version of the email, rather than the final version. Has anybody experienced anything like this?

Same error here, since about 2 months ago Outlook 2003 started truncating outgoing messages randomly. I still didn't find any valid solution (uninstalling IE 11 didn't work)... Crying or Very Sad

Good to know! I'm glad I'm not crazy. Can anyone else weigh in here?

Hello everyone,

This is a global issue with Outlook 2003 presumably caused by a Windows update some weeks back.

Forums across the web are full of this issue - it is affecting all flavours of mail server, not just Kerio. Here is an example:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2003- outlook/text-disappearing-within-emails-truncated-emails/40b 0bd3e-2ba0-4042-8a3b-7c35da46005d?page=2

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads-up. I should have assumed it was an Outlook thing.
