Hi There

I'm new here at Kerio Forums. I've performed a set up on Kerio Control and have enabled Web Content Filtering. I've added content filtering to a certain websites that are not allowed to be accessed during working hours. However whenever I attempted to access https websites, it keep giving me

"Web Page Not Available"

However If you do access them in using normal http, it popping up a Block Page

Is there anything wrong with my settings?

Thank You

Are you sure the HTTPS website exist? It sounds like the website doesn't exist in HTTPS (SSL).

Hi There. I didn't mean to confused you. Let me explain in details. My company want to block all access to Facebook and Twitter, as this sites doesn't have any correlation with their works. I successfully blocked whenever I accessed facebook.com. However during trial period, all access to facebook.com that use https always show "Web Page Not Available"

Is there anyway to solved this?

And finally, will I able to blocked websites that uses https proxy on URL Groups?

Thank You

I believe that is the way it should work. HTTPS is special due to certificates. Since Control doesn't have the Facebook certificate, it can't send you any content without triggering certificate warnings, thus it just blocks any attempt to reach Facebook and you get the local browser's "Web Page Not Available" page.

I do have to admit that I've never attempted your particular configuration.

The only other way I've seen this dealt with is using full featured HTTPS Proxies. I don't play with Control's non-transparent proxy, so you could try to point your browsers at that and see if you get a different result.
