Hi,
i have set up Kerio Connect (latest Version) on a fresh Windows 2012 R2 Essentials Server.

The configuration site: localhost:4040/admin dont open.

Also, the Kerio Connector on a client with Outlook works.

I think thats a port problem and Kerio and the Essentials use the same ports?

Many thanks.

Markus

Hello Markus,

We have several clients successfully running Kerio Connect on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials Server, without any apparent need for a config change.

Try entering the URL as https://127.0.0.1:4040 and see if that works.

Best regards,

Neil.

Hi Neil,
Windows 2012 R2 Essentials always installed IIS and is a domain controller. Thus, the ports 80, 389, 443 are occupied. Kerio needs these ports also and can not start the services.
I therefore can not understand the statement.
