Hi there!

My collegue is facing a problem, which makes an error show up once each few minutes.

The error says "Sync manager is not enabled".

It has not always been like this, I think it started back yesterday or so. Even though there were no updates made on the mailserver.

Would you guys help us out with this?

I recommend to uninstal Kerio Sync Connector on that Mac and configure Mac clients with Account assistant: http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/os-x/kerio-connect -account-assistant-1399.html

HI,

Just to make sure I got you right: do you mean it is better to install that mail account manually or by that automatic script possibility that appears below the Kerio log in mask?

In case you mean that automatic configuration, there is a problem: my collegue uses three (!) mail accounts from that server. And with this automatic configuration it is only possible to configure one. When I use the automatic configuration for a second account, it just overwrites the first one. Stupid bug with Kerio, has not been fixed since YEARS.

And btw: how do I uninstall Sync Manager when it has never been installed?
