Hello gsilva,

Go to the mail filters and view all rules: http://www.kerio.com/manual/kmsug/en/sect-filters.html#sect- filterrules

Look for a moving command without "Stop processing more rules" ticked. The message cannot be moved to two folders at once. So if there are two rules, only one of them can be applied - the rest must be skipped by using the option "Stop processing more rules".

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
