Is there any limitations of to add 3-5 additional subnets to internal trusted interface (primary subnet is, added are, and
I see that system makes all routes as needed but the devices configured to use new subnet IP's have difficulties to access resources in subnet.

If you went to a /22 mask and started at, you wouldn't need to worry about subinterfaces. You could also do /21 and have available.

The best answer would depend on your subnet arrangement. Proper selection of networks allows you to gain the full benefits of CIDR addressing. It also greatly simplifies routing tables, DHCP scopes, packet flow, etc.
