I have problems with Office 2010 64bit Outlook and the connector. Keep getting following error.

"Cannot open your default email folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service KOFMSP.DLL. Be sure the serive is correctly installed and configured."

When I install 64bit connector it still keeps installing xxx32.dll files.
I thought this problem was solved.
Please advice about solution. And no, 32bit Outlook isn't the solution.
Tried Koff 8.3.0 2400 b3 and 8.2.2 2224 to install and start Outlook.

I really need fast a solution.

UPDATE:
When I try to uninstall I receive errors like:
Error 1905: Module c:\Progem Files\Kerio\Outlook Conneector (Offline Edition)\DbServerPS.dll failed to unregister. HRESULT -2147220472. Contact your support personnel.

What is this meaning?

Hello,

I recommend that you contact support and raise a ticket.

Ask them to send you the KTUninstaller Tool that will completely remove KOFF from your system.

Then use the link on the Kerio Connect Client (Webmail) login screen to install the correct version of KOFF for your version of Kerio Connect Server.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.
