Greetings everyone Smile

I've got an idea about the LDAP service from Kerio Connect. It's also a question.

We're using Kerio Connect 8.2.2 and Snom300, Snom360 and Snom370 VoIP phones. The Kerio server could offer the contacts from the public directory via LDAP for the snom phones.

Well. LDAP is something new for me and so I'm not sure about setting up this. I could need some assistance.

Are you able to help me? Thanks a lot!

HI,

Not a direct answer to your question, but...

We have OSX Open Directory managing our accounts & authentication. Our Snom phones reach out to the OD Server to do LDAP searches for internal numbers.

The settings for Snom to connect to OD are here: http://forums.kerio.com/index.php/m/91957/?srch=ldap#msg_919 57

hth,

ft.

Provisioning settings in Operator will allow the connection to Kerio Connect LDAP, this will populate the Snom with the required details and works nicely.
This will give you a guide a least
