Hello,
Yesterday I removed a user from Kerio connect v8.2.2 and selected "Move user's message folder to an account of another user"
to move all the mail to an other user

all went fine and the mailbox pops up in the existing users mail account (outlook and web mail) as "Deleted mailbox - olduser<_at_>domain.com"

but for some reason the user has no access rights to the sub-folders
Outlook shows no content
the Web mail client give the following error when i try to open a sub folder
"Server Error
You Don't have appropriate rights. It is possible that the owner of the folder has withdrawn permissions given to you"

Any idea

Hi Marc

What happens if you use the 'classic' web mail client instead of the new? Have you tried doing a re-index on this user's mailbox?

if you still have issues, you may want to consider raising a support ticket for this.

Hope this helps!

Hi there,
i have exactly the same Problem. I've deleted today an account transferring the mails to another, still existing account under KMS 8.2.2.
Now i can't access to the "deleted User"-mailbox neither with Outlook and KOFF nor with the Kerio Connect Client. Only the traditional Webmail works. re-Indexing does not help.
When I try to access the deletet Mails under Kerio Connect Client I first receive the following error:
"Ordner von GUID 1b421d76-2126-44f2-b1b7-078b264eee10 existiert nicht."
then I receive
"Sie verfügen nicht über die entsprechende Berechtigung. Möglicherweise hat der Eigentümer des Ordners die Ihnen erteilten Berechtigungen entzogen."

Hello Ronald,
My problem was gone after a restart of kerio (but i did a re-index of the users mailbox before the restart)

Hi together,

I have the same problem. Deleting Message, Moving to another Account und Reindex the users Mailbox - Access to the Deleted Messages is restricted.
I try this evening restart of Kerio-Server - BUT: This can not be the solution.
