I couldn't find any other references to compatibility with Asternic on the forums. I was wondering if anyone has success with a call queue reporting package compatible with Operator, either Asternic or something else.
I spoke briefly with Asternic support who explained that it connects to the Asterisk Manager to show the Queues and Agents in realtime and if the queue_log file has the same structure than any other asterisk PBX then it is compatible. Can anyone confirm that?

I'm evaluating Operator now. I'm a long time Kerio Connect user and I run a 10 agent call center. Everything looks good so far. The interface is a breeze if you're familiar with Connect, but I need much more detailed reporting than is built in currently.

Hi,

I don't have any hands on experience, so I'm just going to confirm, that the /var/log/asterisk/queue_log is there. It uses the same format as asterisk with one minor exception. There is an extra event when queue statistics are reset from the Operator's web administration. Hopefully Asternic will ignore events it doesn't understand. The file can be regularly downloaded and parsed over ssh.

The asterisk manager is available, an account must be created from the Operator's administration.

It seems to me that the only way to figure it out is to try it.
