I need to create a mail filtering rule that will automatically move all emails sent to a particular domain from the user's Sent Items folder into another folder.

But as far as I can tell, the mail handling rules that can be created in Kerio Connect (called "Mail filters" in the web client, and "Filtering rules" in KOFF) can only be applied to email messages that are received. There is no way to create a rule that will be automatically applied to emails that are sent.

Is that correct?

That is correct. I think your best option is to automatically BCC self all the time, and filter the incoming BCC'ed mail, and either discard the rest of move them to another destination.

Outgoing mail rules are not a feature of Kerio Connect. I would find them useful.

Server-level mail rules for both incoming and outgoing mail would also be very useful.

Both of these suggestions are already in Connect > Dashboard > Suggest Idea... Smile

You might consider voting for them.
