We have a reception phone Yealkin T26P and this has 2x yealink expansion module exp39 attached to it. I have programmed in each extension on the system and this works fine, but the only problem is that even when extensions are not registered, the BLF lights up green which makes the receptionist think they are available for calls. It looks like this is some compatability issue with yealikn phones and kerio. has anyone else got any experience with this?

Thanks

Have you configured the buttons with BLF or only some speed dials? BLF is what you want.

Filip,

This problem I also see with Escene phones. The BLF keys are light up even when there are no phones registered.
Exactly same problem as with the Yealink models. I have this with the Phones and Expansion modules.
