How is it possible, that when somebody shares his calendar with another person this person has the possibillity to send an email as a delegate????

So person A shares his calendar with Person B, now if person B creates a new email he can switch the account to person A and send on behalf of Person A.
This is NOT good!

This all happens in outlook for mac 2011.

Please help.

This is Outlook's standard behavior.
The server can reject such emails if the Sender Policy option is configured. Unfortunately, we cannot change what Outlook for Mac is doing.
