Push email stopped working a couple weeks ago on multiple user's iDevices.

I've tried removing the Kerio Connect account, then re-adding it back to the device; that trick has worked to resolve this same problem when I encountered it a couple years ago.

It might have started when I upgraded to the latest version 8.2.2 (2224), where I also took all iDevice users off of ActiveSync and had them re-connect via the auto configuration tool under the webmail login (which I believe does not use any Microsoft protocols).

In such case the devices are configured for IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV. IMAP client does not support push updates.

Interesting. You should probably update kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/email-clients/mobile-devi ces/how-to-configure-your-iphone-to-communicate-with-kerio-c onnect-251.html to include that information. (sorry. your forum wont allow me to post a live link)

Also I read somewhere on your website that the preferred method of interfacing iDevices with Connect was via the auto-configuration link on the webmail login page, not via Exchange protocol. Clearly that's not the case if you have to sacrifice push notifications.

Since version 8.2, you have to pay extra for the ActiveSync (Exchange) protocol. Maybe you haven't bought the ActiveSync license, so your iDevices which were configured with ActiveSync stopped working.

So you can either buy the ActiveSync license and configure your iDevices with ActiveSync again or stay with the IMAP solution that does not support push.
