I have a filter setup for an email account that sends a notification all users that email that account. Unfortunately, intermittently no reply notification is sent to some address'. Most sent emails to this account are local domain accounts and looking at the logs it seems that the response wasn't sent on some that I was notified to investigate. Any ideas why the filter wouldn't process and send notification to all
??

The autoreply to each address is sent only once a week (":days 7"). When any autoreply message was sent back to sender, his/her address is saved and no autoreply is sent for next 7 days.
It works like out of office feature, not autoreply to all received messages.

If you need autoreply to each message, set "days" to 0, but there is risk with autoreply to spam, or some neverending loop between recipients.

Thanks .. That makes sense. Changed it to 0 days and will monitor results. Very Happy
