is it possible to change the hostname from Kerio connect?

You can change the name of the server. You would also have to make the change to any of the KOC or KOFF clients installed so that they refer to the correct name or IP address of the server.

There are a lot of variables in that question. Are you running the server on Windows, MAC, or Linux? Are your clients accessing their email through webmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or some other mail client? What version of the mail client?

I would suggest that you talk with your I.T. person or provider to plan the name change out.

Thank you for answering. The server is running on a Mac and the clients are accessing through webmail
