My users are starting to notice that information is missing from Contacts that are synced over ActiveSync ("Exchange" account type). They are aware of the problems with several of the fields (exotic phone numbers, anniversaries and so on) and have come to accept them. However, lately we have noticed that addresses (home/work) are not being synced.
Especially annoying is that the information is deleted when editing the Contact on the iOS device! In the address fields, postal code and city are not shown on the iOS devices but they show up fine in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.

As suggested here on the forums, we have tried using CardDAV but this completely mess up the Swedish characters in the Contacts' names, titles and addresses this cannot be used.

Also, as we are now paying extra for the ActiveSync support and would expect this to work properly and at least not loose information on the Contacts.

The workaround we have in place is to put the addresses in the Notes field just to be able to see it and not have it deleted...

Anyone have any solutions or ideas on how to diagnose and solve this?
