We moved to new server hardware this last weekend using the backup and restore method as directed in the relevant Kerio KB and things went very well. However, now I have users reporting the following message appearing in their inboxes:

From: Kerio Outlook Connector
Sent: None
Subject: Automated message: Synchronization conflict
Importance: High

There was a synchronization conflict concerning the 'Quick Step Settings_4' subfolder of the 'Top of Personal Folders' folder.

Reason: It wasn't possible to create a folder with this name on the server.

As a solution, a suffix has been appended to the folder name.

It appears a number of times for the user.

Does anyone know what is going on here and how I might be able to fix it?
