I make on the phonedevice a callfowarding with featurecode *72
It's working but 2 annoying things :

1. The forwarded call is always private (unknow)
2. because the call is always private, i can't see in the call history that there was a call forwarding.. Always from unknow to the forwarded destiny. I need a solution in the call history for my billing information.

How can i fix that?

Do you want to say that the call is not logged?

if there is a logging of the call, the user is "unknow"
But most of the time there is NO logging of the call.

I have created a technical support ticket for this issue. it's for me a big issue.

Just give me a description of what you do and we will try to reproduce it here.

What is your Operator version?
Is the call coming from outside?
Do you forward the call to a standard extension or to some service, like a call queue?
