Hello All,

I have a user, say Jane@mycompany.com and, when she sends an email to anyone in the company, that person then hits Reply and, instead of the reply being addressed to Jane@mycompany.com, it goes to Scheduler<_at_>mycompany.com (a legitimate email address for our scheduler). It doesn't matter if it's through webmail or Outlook or other - same thing.

No forwarding set up...

Can anyone help with this one?

Have you checked the mail log? Enabling some of the messages in the debug logs regarding mail handling should also reveal what is happening.
